Just a few kilometers from Villa Lucia & Rosa, there is fun and line dancing in the country bar “Dixie Roadhouse”. Country music and free beginners' line dancing lessons in the early evening. Later in the evening there's a party and roadhouse dance music for everyone.

For anyone who prefers a relaxed dining experience, the central location of the vacation villa means that there is a great choice of restaurants serving local and international dishes just a few minutes' walk away in downtown Cape Coral.

Alternatively, self-caterers can shop at the weekly market in Cape Coral or in one of the large supermarkets nearby.

Fort Meyers & Fort Meyers Beach

The vacation home “Villa Rosa & Lucia” is an ideal starting point for excursions to Fort Meyers or for relaxing on Fort Meyers Beach. Fort Meyers Beach, in the south on the Gulf of Mexico, is known for its spectacular sunsets.
And in Fort Meyers, you can take a wonderful stroll under the palm-lined avenues or store in the beautifully restored business district. On Mac Gregor Boulevard in Fort Myers, you can visit the winter home of the American inventor Edison, fully furnished as it was in his lifetime, complete with laboratory and botanical garden. Both towns can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car.

Cape Coral a modern city

Cape Coral is located in the southwest of Florida directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The city was founded in the 1950s and is rightly known as the Venice of America. It is criss-crossed by over 650 km of artificial canals. Many of the water canals in Cape Coral have access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Our vacation home "Villa Rosa & Lucia", which is located near downtown and in the southeast of Cape Coral, has a private jetty on a canal with a connection to the Gulf of Mexico.

Cape Corel is a modern town with many great vacation villas in a quiet position, away from busy main roads. Nevertheless, you can reach stores where you can get everything you need for your daily needs in just a few minutes from all our vacation homes.
